At Maven & Co. Collective, our associates are a treasured part of our culture. We pride ourselves on prioritizing the growth and development of our associate team and their skill set, to prepare them to confidently step behind the chair to spoil their own guests.
Our Advanced Associate Academy is a education focused program. We proudly feature a twelve week curriculum, focusing heavily on hands-on learning. We also provide in-depth education on business building, social media strategy and so much more. After that full quarter of advanced learning, our associates are invited to offer New Talent Services behind the chair, earning hourly compensation.
While leaning into small group learning in the Academy, each associate is paired with one or more mentor stylists, who they work beside weekly. While working together with their teammate, associates learn the ins and outs of technique, formulation, salon experience and behind the chair do’s and don’ts. This is an incredible opportunity to observe and learn from a master stylist, while serving guests and earning income.
